About Bob's Beef

Bob's Beef raises grass-fattened beef in Monroe, Washington.
Bob's farm began as a dairy 30 years ago. After selling the milk cows in December 2000, we decided to get a few beef cattle. A few cattle have turned into a herd of 18 Herefords and Angus.

We take great pride in:

  • Our cattle are born on the farm in a closed herd and they are not in contact with any other herds, so there is less chance of bringing in any disease.

  • Our animals are grass fed and in winter they get top quality hay.

  • All Natural
  • They are not fed hormones, antibiotics, or any animal by-products.

  • Free Range
  • They are free to roam from the pastures to the shelter of the barns as they choose. We are a small farm so our cattle can be in an uncrowded, stress-free atmosphere.

How to Buy

Sold as whole, half, or by the quarter at $4.00 per pound hanging weight.


We require a $600.00 deposit per half before butchering.

Bob prefers to butcher in the early fall. His animals are butchered on the farm, not transported to facilities miles away.
